Our members work at establishments both large and small, private and corporate, throughout the UK.

Some work single-handed, others as part of a large brigade. some regularly produce banquets for 100's of guests, others run a 'one table restaurant'.

All have in common a passion for fine food, and achieving the highest level of professionalism.
